But no matter the project, we have 4 main touch-points that are at the core of everything we do.

Before we embark on design, we ask you to fill out a brand discovery packet to help us dig deeper into the heart of your vision for your visual identity. This stage builds the foundation we need to be able to craft a suite of materials that accurately represents who you and your business are to your audience & clients.



At this point, we schedule a 1:1 strategy call where we go through the thoughts you laid out in your brand discovery packet. We discuss any initial reactions we have, verbalize our game plan and go through any other specific needs or questions you come up with! 



In this stage, we become best friends. The team will present you with initial concepts for all of the designs you requested and we will discuss thoughts and take revision requests. We explore everything from logos, to color direction, to font systems in this stage. At the end, we have solidified all of the visual elements for your brand.



Time to wrap everything up! Once we’ve completed finishing design touches, we compile everything into a comprehensive brand guidebook and file suite. Your brand guidebook gives a full overview of your brand and its usage guidelines, so that you can stay on track as you grow.

2. I'm interested in an "A La Carte" service - how much do those cost?

"A la carte" services are given a custom quote based on the scope of the project. Please contact us HERE to describe your needs and get a custom quote!



3. What if I only need a logo or website or something and don't want to go through the branding process?

While we love to cater to every client's needs, we want to make sure that the work we do is purposeful, artful and crafted with care. We offer Web only pricing options for those small business clients/individuals who already have a logo and branding done (must have access to all files and materials).  Many of our print collateral "a la carte" services can be done if you already have an established brand and logo as well, but if not, we will recommend that you being with the branding process to have a solid foundation!



4. How is payment handled?


We break payment up into two parts—

  1. We send you an invoice for the first 50% of your project's cost after you send us your signed project proposal.

  2. We send you an invoice for the last 50% of your project's cost once you give final approval on your branding elements or collateral design, before we send you your brand suite or launch your site. 

Payment can be made many ways (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle etc). Please inquire about your preferred payment method.

5. How long does a project take?

Complete branding takes about 4-5 weeks, website design 6-8 weeks and custom services will require a custom quote.
